The industry was in its inf= ancy and we were crawling in the early 1940’s. Televisions in our homes were rare commodity in the ‘50s as we walked towards graduation. Now we carry them aboard flights f= or private movie viewing.
Cell phone attachments for = the ear, Black Berry units, and IPods are everyday stuff. Even the memory scrapbook has its = own machine, Cricut. Our cars communicate and a GPS system talks to where we want to go.<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'> Is Tom-Tom still around?
Because of technology, fami= ly members alerted me to a possible tsunami coming to Hawaii a few months back. I watched an inlet on t= he island of Big Island flood and recede, flood and reced= e for several hours.
